Nazareth House three fail in their appeal.

Nazareth House victims were recently denied justice by Lord Drummond Young in his original judgement.

Nazareth House three fail in their appeal. The Scottish State and the Catholic religious orders continue to hide behind Timebar. A discredited law which continues to deny the survivors justice and heaps further abuse on all survivors from all the former care organisations.

The same Lord Drummond Young praises the good works of the care organisations today and heads up the Scottish Law Commission to look at the issue of Timebar. How impartial is that?

We ask the Scottish political leaders and others to have the courage to follow the example of other countries such as Ireland who have resolved the issues to the benefit of Survivors and given them the proper justice they deserve. We still await the inquiries that are required to ensure the care system in Scotland is fit for purpose.

To inflict further damage on the survivors of in-care abuse in Scotland is "Scotland's Shame".
