Dear Mr Williams,

I understand from Mrs Jan McQueenie that she has now received her Confidential Children's File from Quarriers. We would like to thank Quarriers for there assistance in this matter.

We have also been informed by Mrs McQueenie that it would appear that Pam Barr is claiming that she tried to contact Mrs McQeenie by telephone.

Mrs McQueenie has asked me to inform Quarriers that she is ex-directory so cannot understand how Ms Barr though she could contact her through this medium.

Mrs McQueenie will be in touch directly with Quarriers with any concerns she may have concerning the data or none data contained in her Confidential Children's File.

There are various other matters outstanding concerning Quarriers and others which I have to devote some time to in the coming weeks ahead. I will be in touch when its convenient and appropriate for me to meet with Quarriers representatives after the concluding of this process.
