Where have Falsely Accused Carers and Teachers (FACT) got their figures from that they can claim that there are over 100 falsely accused cases waiting to be adjudicated on? We have still received less than 40 of these cases since we started some 10 years ago and so far only 2 have been referred, and quashed. For years we have been promised a flood of them but that has not, as yet, materialised. However there are still quite a number which we know of and have not yet received.
