In a message dated 13/09/2007 13:55:53 GMT Daylight Time, Jackie Brock writes:

To Members of the In Care and Institutional Abuse Survivors Sub Group

Dear All

Please refer to email received, I know many members have called and asked for clarification from the group. Please refer to email. We have also sent an email to Tom Shaw refer to this. Once we receive clarification or other wise we will inform the group.

Please find a Parliamentary Question replied to today at 1400h by the Minister for Children and Early Years.

I have therefore asked Mr Shaw to attend a meeting following submission of his report. I will let you know once I have confirmation of a date.

Bob Doris (Glasgow) (SNP):

To ask the Scottish Executive when the report of the Historical Abuse Systemic Review: Residential Care for Children and Young People in Scotland 1950-1995 will be submitted?

Adam Ingram

I have agreed Mr Tom Shaw's request for approval to submit his report of the Historical Abuse Systemic Review: Residential Care for Children and Young People in Scotland 1950-1995 by 15 November 2007. It will be published shortly thereafter.
