This website is to educate others as to the issues that we highlight which will be primarily the abuse perpetrated on children placed in care in Quarriers Homes down the generations and how society as a whole has dealt with the issues of "Historical Abuse" within the UK and elsewhere.

1. Please refrain from using excessive foul language.
2. Do not be abusive to other users at any time.
3. Respect each other's rights to a different opinion and point of view.
4. Respect each other's religion, creed, sexuality, colour.
5. We would ask that all users respect the rights of others who they may deem or allege to have treated them harshly, cruelly, abusively or who committed a crime on their person while in care in Quarriers Homes to a proper due process as allowed for in law.
6. Please respect the rights of those you may accuse to justice and a fair trial.
7. Any user who chooses to publicly name anyone on this website is accepting full responsibility for the accusation and the naming of the said individual or individuals. You, as the individual who posted the said message, will be held accountable as we only allow access on this basis. Please read our disclaimer.
8. As this is a privately funded, publicly accessed forum, we reserve the right to remove messages and users should we deem them not in keeping with our aims.
9. We would ask all users to support our calls for a Judicial Public Inquiry into Quarriers Homes.
10. This forum will be reviewed periodically and may on occasions be shut down for updates and amendments.
11. Users and guests will only be accepted at the discretion of the site manager who's decision is final. We reserve the right to refuse a user without explanation.
12. We do not accept sex offenders or their supporters.
13. Any applicants' identity we are unable to confirm or verify we reserve the right to ask others within the group to enable confirmation and verification. This may take up to 7 days.
14. All employees either past or present of Quarriers Homes and Quarriers the Charity are excluded from this messageboard. This includes former children who became employees. Access will be at the discretion of the site manager.
15. We reserve the right to suspend any user at any time without explanation.
16. Details provided are confidential we do not share or disclose your private details to any third party without your specific consent.
